At Skiwax, we want to ensure your gear is perfect for the slopes; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that for safety reasons, specialized waxes and liquids must be unopened and sealed to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Skiwax account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA form is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
